We opened on 5th Ave with one idea: sumptuous sandwiches in a whimsical setting where customers feel at home. Sixteen years later that hasn't changed — the aiolis are still made in house, the bread still gets pressed to order, and the regulars still get greeted by name. The names come from the sideshow. The food doesn't play around.
